Cost For Phone and STwilio CostsMS Usage

Twilio is the phone service that allows the CRM to send text messages, make phone calls, and send ringless voicemails. Currently it is the only provider we can use with the CRM.

It is a "Pay as You Use" program so you are initially charged $10 which is used as a credit on your account so that you can start using the phone and SMS features within the CRM. It will be set to auto-recharge your account with an additional $10 once it falls below a certain amount. You can change this in the settings of CRM. Below is the cost for using Twilio, most stuff is less than a penny per text or per minute on calls. Most agents spend $20 to $30 a month in Twilio costs.

Twilio Phone/SMS Costs

  • Local 1 Ring Voicemail: $0.0156 ea.

  • Local Calls: $0.0156 per minute

  • Local Number: $1.00 each number per month

  • Toll-Free Number: $2.00 each number per month

  • This gets automatically setup with the system

  • Email: $0.00098 per email

  • $10 will give you about 10,205 emails

Content Artificial Intelligence

  • This gets automatically setup with the system

  • AI Use: $0.108 per 1,000 words

I uploaded about 250 existing FE clients to the system in November to test it and I sent them a Happy Thanksgiving note via text and email. After that, I wrote a FE app for 855 AP and 2 MAPDs at 270 each over the phone. Total Sales 855+270+270 = $1, 395👌 without a single a penny for Marketing. That just paid for the system for the entire year!!!
